WatchSeason is operated by Seasons Enterprise Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
UK delivery is a flat rate of £13. Every UK order goes with DPD, fully insured and covered by DPD's special guarantee, so your watch is protected from our door to yours and, if the worst happens, you and WatchSeason are both covered. Delivery costs us about £27 a parcel. We absorb the difference so you pay £13.
International delivery to the EU is from £40, covering packaging, admin and insured, tracked postage. The full terms are shown at checkout before you pay.
Paying by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay costs you nothing extra. You pay the price on the listing plus delivery.
Paying with Klarna? Klarna charges us a fee every time it is used to spread a payment. If you choose Klarna, that fee is passed on to you and shown as a separate "Klarna fee" line at checkout before you pay. We do this because it is not fair to make customers who pay in full cover the cost of finance they never signed up for. If you would rather not pay the fee, pay by card instead.
Because you are buying online, without seeing the watch in person before you pay, UK law gives you extra protection under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the watch, without giving a reason. This is often called a "cooling-off period".
To cancel, contact us by email or through the Contact Us page and let us know you wish to cancel. Once you have told us, you then have 14 days to send the watch back to us. We recommend using a tracked, insured delivery service, since the watch remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Once we receive the watch back and confirm it is in the condition it was sent in, we will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay.
We may make a deduction from the refund if the watch shows signs of use beyond what is reasonable to check that it matches the listing, for example testing it as you would if trying it on in a shop.
Separately from the cancellation right above, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you ongoing protection. Every watch we sell must be:
If a watch develops a fault or is not as described, contact us and we will work with you to put it right, whether that is a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Because every watch we sell is a unique, individually inspected item, we ask that you check the listing photos and condition report carefully before buying. The 14-day cancellation right above still applies in full, this section simply explains that goods are sold as individually described, and we are not able to offer an identical replacement watch since no two pre-owned pieces are the same.
For anything covered on this page, including exercising your right to cancel, please get in touch through the Contact Us page and we will respond as quickly as we can.
This page is a general summary to help you understand your rights and is not a substitute for the full text of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
