Kept here for reference: the full listing, exactly as it was when sold.
Inspected by J. Batchelor. The watch presents in good pre owned condition overall, with visible signs of previous use consistent with normal wear. Surface marks and light scratching are present across areas of the stainless steel case, bracelet, bezel and clasp. These form part of the watch’s honest pre owned condition and should be considered when viewing the listing. The black dial presents cleanly, with the hands, hour markers and date display appearing complete. No obvious major damage is visible to the crystal from the supplied images. The stainless steel bracelet and butterfly clasp should be checked for secure and correct operation during final inspection before dispatch. The quartz movement, crown operation, date change and bezel rotation should also be confirmed during final checks. The watch was originally rated to 200 metres water resistance, however no independent pressure test has been carried out by Watch Season and current water resistance is therefore not guaranteed.
A slightly different addition to Watch Season stock. The Gucci Dive is not the obvious choice when you think of a sports watch, which is exactly why I like it. It has all the elements you expect from a proper everyday piece: 40mm case, rotating bezel, clear black dial, steel bracelet and strong wrist presence, but with enough Gucci identity to make it stand out. This is the kind of watch I want more of through Watch Season. Recognisable brand, interesting design and something that gives buyers an alternative to the usual Seiko, Tissot and TAG Heuer options.
The Gucci Dive 40mm combines the look of a traditional sports watch with the more distinctive design language you would expect from Gucci. This example features a black dial, luminous baton markers, a rotating black bezel and a stainless steel bracelet finished with a butterfly clasp. The green and red Gucci detail above the date window gives the dial just enough character without making it feel overdone. Powered by a Swiss quartz movement, it is an easy watch to live with day to day, while the 40mm case keeps it wearable across a wide range of wrist sizes. It is a solid option for someone who wants something recognisable, practical and a little different from the usual sports watch choices.
